failed to load library d3d9.dll

Depuis 2 mois, je parle avec un membre de ma famille qui est à l'extérieur du pays en utilisant Skype (une jeune fille pas trop patiente avec son pc). Depuis quelques jours, elle éprouve soudainement des problèmes à l'ouverture du logiciel, après avoir fait une m.a.j. je crois bien

Maintenant, à chaque fois qu'elle ouvre son ordi, elle reçois le message suivant : C:\\Windows\System32\.d3d9 n'est pas conçu pour s'exécuter sous Windows ou il contient une erreur.... Elle ferme la boite de dialogue et ensuite une autre s'ouvre qui lui dit :

failed to load library d3d9.dll

Elle a désinstallé Skype, fait du ménage avec Ccleaner et GlaryUtility, fait une nouvelle installation et le problème persiste.

Est-ce que qqn peut m'aider à l'aider?

Beaucoup de gens ont le même problème, après quelques recherches la meilleur réponse est celle-ci:

You will have to re-install the Skype application in order to get rid off the error.
Please follow the below step:
1. download and install the Revo uninstaller application online(It's free).
2. Look for the "Skype" application and select the "uninstall" option.
3. Select "Advance" scan and remove all the remaining files of skype.
4. Reboot the computer.
5. download the d3d9.dll file from the following website http://www.dll-files.com/pop.php?dll=d3d9
6. Copy the d3d9.dll file and paste it at the following location C:\windows\system32
7. You will have to register the dll file before installing the skype application. To register the dll file:
Click on "Start" menu and select the "Run" option or Simply Windows key+R
Then, type regsvr32 d3d9.dll and click 'OK" .
8. Once the dll file is registered, you can install the Skype application and continue using it.
