nouvelle version avast 4.7 des problèmes.

Salut,

J'ai réinstallée une autre version d'avast 4.7 ce que a en même temps enlevée la version installée que ne fonctionnait pas et réinstallé avast 4.6 qui fonctionne correctement.

Alors je vais attendre pour la version de 4.7 corrigé.

Ici, j'arrive du travail, je l'ai lu sur le forum d'avast ce matin tôt, mais je pense je vais attendre quelques jours et voir les résultats.

J'assume que sur le site d'avast que l'on peut le télécharger.

Vous n'avez qu'à cliquer avec le bouton droit de la souris sur l'icône de la boule bleue de Avast et ensuite sur "mise à jour" et finalement sur "Mise à jour du programme". Ne pas retélécharger ou réinstaller pour rien.

Je pense qu'il a encore des problèmes encore, qui sont indiqué sur le forum d'avast, et la version va sortir ds 15 min, tel que dit en bas.

An updated version will be out in about 15 minutes. However, I'm afraid you'll need to uninstall the corrupted install first. We'll give you a tool to do that (most likely, the uninstaller built into the program won't work because of the same reason).

Q: After updating my avast! Home/Professional to version 4.7.826, it no longer works. If I try to run it, it doesn't seem to be doing anything, or displays an error message.

A:

Unfortunately, version 4.7.826 contained a bug that could, under certain circumstances, cause setting of incorrect access rights on the avast program files, preventing the program from functioning properly. Namely, the problem occured if any of the following three conditions were met:

the operating system was previously updated from Windows NT 4.0; or
avast was installed in a different folder than the default Program Files folder (that was offered to you by the installer); or
previously, the system volume was converted from FAT32 to NTFS.
Solution
In order to correct the situation, please take the following steps:

Uninstall avast! using the avast! uninstall utility (this is more reliable than the Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel).
Restart the computer.
Download the latest version of avast! from our website:

- Professional Edition: download from here.
- Home Edition: download from here.

and install it.
The latest version does not have the problem, and should function correctly.

avast! uninstall utility
Sometimes it´s not possible to uninstall avast! the standard way - using the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS in control panel. In this case, you can use our uninstallation utility aswClear.

How to uninstall our software using aswClear.exe:

Download aswClear.exe on to your desktop
Open (execute) it
If you installed avast! in a different folder than the default, browse for it. (Note: Be careful! The content of any folder you choose will be deleted!)
Click REMOVE
Restart your computer
