formatage un ordi portable (resolu)

bonjour, sur mon laptop acer aspire, j'ai une clé d'inscrit pour vista. je n'ai jamais eu de cd ou dvd a l'achat( neuf)

mais je fais comment pour formater? graver vista sur DVD? si oui comment?
